About:
Our client is a trusted nationwide property solutions provider with over 25 years of industry experience. They deliver high-quality maintenance, repair and refurbishment services across residential, commercial, care homes, retirement living, education, health and student accommodation sectors.
Due to continued growth, we are supporting the recruitment of Skilled Labourers to join their expanding delivery team.

The Role:

You will support our property maintenance works across a variety of sites, carrying out general building and repair tasks to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and can operate independently when required.

Key responsibilities include:

* Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance works

* General repairs and snagging

* Maintaining clean, safe and professional working areas

* Representing our client professionally on client sites

About You:

We are looking for someone who is reliable, skilled and customer-focused. Someone looking to learn and improve there skill-set with with a business offer long-term stability and progression.
Essential:

* Proven experience as a skilled labourer.

* Good knowledge of general building and maintenance works

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Desirable:

* Experience working in occupied properties (care homes, residential, commercial)

* Full UK driving licence

* Relevant trade qualifications or CSCS card

* Basic understanding of health & safety on site
