Static Maintenance Operative – Portsmouth
Start Date : 5th January | Contract :

We are recruiting a Static Maintenance Operative for a commercial site in Portsmouth. This role suits someone with a plumbing or fabric maintenance background who is confident carrying out PPMs and general maintenance on a single, static site.
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with no call out.
Key Duties- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
- Reactive maintenance across the commercial site
- Basic plumbing repairs
- General fabric work (carpentry, patch repairs, painting, door maintenance, etc.)
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Experience in plumbing or building fabric maintenance
- Previous experience working on commercial sites preferred
- Confident with PPMs and day-to-day maintenance tasks
- Able to work independently
- Available to start 5th January
- Weekly pay
- Pay rate dependent on pay type / experience PAYE or Umbrella
- Free on-site parking
- Ongoing contract and consistent workload
