Portsmouth City Council is seeking an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join the Kinship Support Team. This role requires a qualified professional to lead Special Guardianship support and work closely with families to improve outcomes for children across Portsmouth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children's social care, with skills in assessment and communication. The position includes at least 2 days of in-office work and offers the chance to make a real difference in the community.
