The Wise Group is hiring a Mentor to support men across the North East region, working in custody and in the community. You will use a relational mentoring approach to build trusted relationships with individuals, helping them progress toward housing, wellbeing and employment goals.
The role involves collaborating with probation and prison staff, traveling as needed, and fostering meaningful progress with a flexible, supportive approach.
