Hampshire County Council is offering a Lead Practitioner role in Child Protection to experienced social workers across Hampshire. You will join a network recognised by Ofsted for outstanding services and help shape practice through mentoring and collaboration.
You’ll chair meetings, manage complex casework, liaise with partners, and drive reflective practice and service development, with flexible hybrid working, a 9‑day fortnight, relocation support up to £8,500 and strong learning opportunities.
