Adecco are hiring an Enablement Support Officer in Croydon. This 12‑month maternity cover is on a hybrid basis, 27 hours per week.
You will work with residents facing financial hardship, housing difficulties and welfare benefit issues, using a person‑centred approach to assess needs, maximise income and secure suitable accommodation. You will coordinate with agencies to deliver practical support.
