The Society of St James in Southampton is seeking an Accommodation Based Support Worker to join our housing and support teams. The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a permanent contract, with a pro‑rated salary shown for 30 hours.
You will manage a caseload of residents, deliver day‑to‑day support, focus on life skills and safeguarding, build positive relationships with clients and partners, and contribute to planning and risk assessments across SSJ properties.
