Marchant Recruitment is assisting a well-established secondary school in the London Borough of Southwark to recruit an Attendance Officer. The role focuses on monitoring attendance, liaising with families and external agencies, and supporting safeguarding procedures within a pastoral team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Attendance Lead, Heads of Year and Safeguarding Team to improve attendance and ensure statutory guidance is followed.
