We Do Social Work is seeking an experienced Family Help Lead Practitioner to join a North West Local Authority. In this hybrid role, you will lead assessments, plan targeted interventions and coordinate multi-agency safeguarding efforts to support children, young people and families.
You will chair meetings, advocate for children, maintain case records and contribute to court processes where required, while working in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to trauma-informed practice.
