Norfolk County Council in Countywide is hiring an Independent Living Support Worker – Level 2 for their Supported Accommodation service. You will help young people develop independent living skills, contribute to planning and implementing support strategies, and attend statutory reviews when required.
You will be a positive role model, communicate clearly with young people and families, organise your workload, and support junior staff.
