The Isle of Wight Council is seeking two Supervising Social Workers to join the Fostering and Adoption team at County Hall, Newport. This full-time permanent role offers a salary grade 10 with £37,955 to £40,787 per annum plus a market supplement up to £4k, and a generous annual leave package.
The postholder will support the fostering service, recruit and assess carers, supervise them, manage caseloads and deliver training.
