Remedy Social Care is supporting Leicestershire County Council by sourcing a Senior Social Worker for the Carers Assessment and Review Team. You will conduct carers assessments under the Care Act and review support packages, including direct payments and associated financial audits.
Most reviews will be carried out in person to ensure accurate assessment. The role is based in Leicestershire with a focus on safeguarding vulnerable adults and working collaboratively with families and professionals
