Stop Domestic Abuse is seeking a compassionate helpline worker for Portsmouth on a maternity cover contract (37.5 hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). You will provide advice and support to victims and professionals, manage your own caseload, and carry out risk and needs assessments within core timescales.
The role emphasizes partnership work with local agencies, safety planning, and facilitating community-based group work as part of Whole Family Plans. Enhanced DBS is required.
