Technical Lead Full Stack Engineer

They’re looking for a true Technical Lead - someone who has progressed from Developer to Senior Developer and now leads squads in a modern SaaS environment. You will be passionate about 'raising the bar' in code quality, architecture and engineering best practice.

You’ll lead a squad of 5–10 engineers, remaining hands-on with development, and play a key role in shaping how software is designed, built and delivered. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, driving clean and reusable code, and promoting modern development practices.

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience working as Full Stack Developer at mid-senior level
• 2+ years’ experience operating at Technical Lead level - contributing to architecture, best practice, mentoring and strategy.
• Experience leading teams of 5–10 engineers
• Excellent system design and architectural skills
• Commitment to clean code and engineering best practice
• Experienced within a mature Dev Ops environment.
• Confident and enthusiastic leader who can mentor and upskill others
• Computer Science degree or similar (preferred)
