Whatever your priorities – work / life balance, career progression, sustainability, volunteering – you’ll find like-minded people driving change ’re looking for a junior to mid-level C#/.NET Developer (1–3 years’ experience) to join our Development Team and support the delivery of scalable, high-quality software within a collaborative environment.

As a member of our dynamic and supportive team, you will be tasked with delivering high-performance, innovative, and dependable solutions to meet a diverse set of requirements.
** About role:
*** Develop high‐performance back‐end features using the Microsoft technology stack and contribute to technical design discussions within the engineering team.
* Collaborate with Business Analysts and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into
** robust, scalable, and secure solutions**.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and production issues in a timely manner.
* Ensure code quality through
** code reviews, automated testing**, and adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
* Support the wider team by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering practices
* Can work effectively as part of a larger team, collaborating and communicating effectively, and building relationships with colleagues across the business

* About you:

*** Experience developing object‐oriented software using C# and .NET (.NET 8 or later), with an awareness of the wider technology ecosystem.
* A solid understanding of object‐oriented principles and common design patterns, including SOLID.
* Experience building or contributing to .NET Web APIs and an understanding of microservices‐based architectures.
* Experience using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub for source control, work tracking, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with Agile development practices, with active participation in ceremonies such as stand‐ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
* Experience with or awareness of cloud‐based services such as Service Bus (or similar messaging systems), document databases (e.g. Cosmos DB or MongoDB) is preferred.
* Awareness of containerised applications and application monitoring tools such as Application Insights in the cloud, with some hands‐on exposure is beneficial.
* An enthusiastic and proactive developer with a desire to learn and deliver robust, high‐quality software.
