Personal Trainer – Performance Development Role

Unit 15, part of the Gym 01 group, is expanding its structured strength and conditioning provision as part of a wider performance-led growth strategy.
As the only independent 24-hour gym in the city, Unit 15 operates at the intersection of strength training, performance development and high-standard facility management. We are now seeking a coach to play a key role in delivering and shaping our small group strength and conditioning model during its next phase of development.
This position is designed as more than a session-delivery role. It offers a clear pathway toward increased responsibility and potential progression into a senior or Head PT position for the right individual.
The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering a structured, progression-based small group strength and conditioning programme, built around measurable outcomes and high coaching standards.
Sessions will be capped to ensure quality, individual attention and technical precision within a group setting.
Alongside delivery, you will contribute to maintaining programming standards, performance culture and coaching quality within the facility.
There is scope for timetable expansion, programme growth and the development of your own personal training client base within the gym.
Pay£15 per hour
