Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pm (must be willing to work overtime during busy periods)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting customer deliveries and upholding high standards of safety and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect and book in incoming deliveries.
Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
Identify and report shortages, damage or quality issues.
Maintain accurate stock records using our Warehouse Management System.
Pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders for despatch.
Process customer, SOR and warranty returns.
Operate forklift trucks safely to load, unload and move stock.
Carry out stock counts and support periodic stocktakes.
Prepare goods for shipment in line with company procedures.
Assist with the compliant shipment of lithium batteries and other regulated goods.
Maintain excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards.
Support production and other departments as business needs require.
Skills & Experience
Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence required.
Previous warehouse experience.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
Good computer literacy.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to carry out manual handling activities safely.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Desirable
Experience using Odoo.
Stock control experience.
Knowledge of shipping lithium batteries or dangerous goods.
Dangerous Goods or relevant logistics training.
