Program Analyst

Duties

• Provide assistance in responding to data calls, submitting recommendations for program reviews, and tracking outstanding actions.
• Perform analysis on labor expenditures, hours spent performing task work, all travel costs, and all other direct costs.
• Record analysis of data within periodic (monthly) and on demand technical and financial status reports.
• Support the development of various reports and presentation utilizing Microsoft Office for internal and external customer use.
• Coordinate meetings and teleconferences, as required.
• Support for In-Process Reviews with the government when required.

• Must be experienced in supporting SPAWAR and Navy Projects performing above duties.
• Must be experienced in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Must be experienced in communicating orally and verbally.
• Degree in Management or Finance is preferred, and PMP certification highly desired but not required.

Minimal travel requirements include possible trips to San Diego, CA, Washington, DC, and Charleston, SC.

Attention to detail, prompt responses to data calls, able to multitask.

Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
