Power Platform Analyst
Job DescriptionSummary:
The Power Platform Analyst designs, develops, and maintains data-driven solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint to support complex government logistics and systems environments. This role translates diverse stakeholder requirements into scalable, best practice solutions, integrating multiple data sources and supporting scheduled reporting and analysis. The analyst provides ad hoc insights, supports system sustainment efforts, and ensures solutions align with government policies, configuration management standards, and lifecycle processes.
Roles & Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain SharePoint lists, Power BI Reports, and Power Apps.
- Translate business requirements into solutions using the power platform and/or utilizing current best practices.
- Synchronize data sources with Government information on a schedule.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and assist team members with solutions as needed.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably working with Power Platforms.
- Demonstrated competency managing complex and varied stakeholder requirements.
- Experience in C5
ISC system sustainment, logistics, and project planning as well as drafting high-profile communication materials. - 5 years experience with industry, Coast Guard, and C5
ISC obsolescence management, government supply policy, procedures, and processes. - Certified in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, and Microsoft Office Specialist – MS Access
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or newer applications, to include Excel, Word, SharePoint, Project, and Visio.
- Ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation.
- This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
- Remote, but must be able to commute to Portsmouth VA as needed.
