The Power BI and Power Platform Analyst designs, develops, and maintains Power BI reports, Power Apps, and SharePoint solutions supporting government logistics and systems environments. This role works closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into data‑driven solutions, integrates multiple data sources, supports scheduled reporting, and provides ad‑hoc analysis. The position supports system sustainment efforts and ensures solutions align with government policy, configuration management standards, and lifecycle processes.

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, Power Apps, and SharePoint lists supporting government logistics and operational systems.
• Maintain Power BI scheduled refreshes, data models, and data connections across multiple data sources.
• Translate business and operational requirements into Power Platform solutions using established standards and best practices.
• Integrate and validate data from government systems on a recurring schedule to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and reporting to support operational and leadership decision‑making.
• Support system sustainment activities, enhancements, and ongoing user requests.
• Troubleshoot data, reporting, and application issues and coordinate resolution as needed.
• Assist team members with reporting needs, solution improvements, and documentation.

• BS in a Business or technical field.
• Certified in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals, and Microsoft Office Specialist – MS Access.
• 5 or more years of experience working with Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint in a business, data, or systems analyst role.
• Experience in C5
  
  ISC system sustainment, logistics, and project planning as well as drafting high‑profile communication materials.
• 5 years experience with industry, Coast Guard, and C5
  
  ISC obsolescence management, government supply policy, procedures, and processes.
• Demonstrated competency managing complex and varied stakeholder requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or newer applications, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Project, and Visio.

• Ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation.
• This role is restricted to U.S. persons (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

Remote, but must be able to commute to Portsmouth, VA as needed.
