Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Monitor budget, resource allocation, risks, and issue resolution
• Provide regular status updates, reports, and project documentation
• Facilitate project closure with final reporting and evaluation
• Originate, update, and execute a comprehensive Strategic Communications Plan
• Conduct audits of current and previous outreach activities to identify effectiveness and gaps
• Conduct stakeholder assessments to develop tailored key messages
• Identify and utilize effective communication tools and tactics
• Support the NNSY CIO/DCIO with targeted information distribution and expectation management
• Develop briefs and content to educate the NNSY community on IT-related efforts and status
• Assist in preparing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Strategic Plans as roadmaps for transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an IT related field
• Five (5) years of experience managing IT transformation projects
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience related to Network Operations (Net Ops) C2 requirements, technology assessments, system design, systems analysis, programmatic support, quality assurance, acquisition planning, or budget planning
• Active PMP certification or ITILv3 Intermediate certification required
• Active security clearance required
