Configuration Artifact Manager
Job Description Summary
- We are seeking a Configuration Artifact Manager (CAM) to support the USCG by managing and maintaining configuration data and documentation systems. This role will focus on developing and sustaining SharePoint lists, the Configuration Artifact Management Tool (CAMT), and the Surface Force Logistic Center (SFLC) Project and Tasking system. The CAM will also assist with configuration audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of project records.
- Develop, maintain, and update SharePoint lists to track configuration artifacts and project data.
- Manage and support the Configuration Artifact Management Tool (CAMT) to ensure accurate configuration tracking and reporting.
- Maintain and update data within the SFLC Project and Tasking system to support operational readiness.
- Perform configuration audits to ensure compliance with established processes and data integrity standards.
- Assist in implementing improvements to configuration management processes and tools.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and tracking logs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of configuration-related issues.
- 2-3 year of experience in configuration management, data entry, logistics support, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience with Share Point required.
- 2 years experience with configuration management principles or tools (e.g., CAMT)
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay Range$55,000 - $65,000 per year
