Apex Systems is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to support a large government customer in Crystal City, VA. This on-site role requires TS/SCI clearance and provides hands-on operations support for end users.
The position features a 6 Month Contract-to-Hire arrangement with standard Monday–Friday hours. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account issues, and document resolutions in the ticketing system while delivering professional customer service to senior officials.
