Register Nurse Job Description
Growing home health care agency is looking for Part-Time Register Nurse. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. you will also be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient's well-being by providing high quality nursing care.
Responsibilities- Admit referrals for Personal / Respite care
- Create and update plan of care as necessary, and document and communicate actions to maintain continuity of care
- Comply with procedures, regulations, rules in maintaining medical records
- Perform assessments on clients to assess their conditions and home environments
- Teach clients and their families about health care in the home
- Data entry submission of documents electronically as required for various authorizations
