The practice values balanced scheduling and high-quality medicine.

- Minimum 30-minute appointments for focused, thorough care.
- Full in-house diagnostics, dental x-rays, and additional advanced tools.
- Deliver preventive, surgical, and general medical care.
- Participate in collaborative case review and team learning.
- Educate clients to support long-term pet health.
- Base salary of $130,000–$170,000 + production (no negative accrual).
- Profit‑sharing and 401(k) with employer contributions.

- DVM or equivalent.
