A company is looking for a Quality Auditor.
Key Responsibilities- Performs audits and examinations of case files to identify inaccuracies and non-compliance issues
- Shares educational feedback, trends, and insights with staff
- Conducts data analysis to identify improvement opportunities in the appeals process
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of general office experience, with education in administration or business substituting for experience on a year-per-year basis
- One (1) year of experience in Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) appeals or other healthcare appeals processes
- Experience with Medicare Part D is preferred
