Fish & Slips at Tidewater Yacht Marina in Olde Town Portsmouth is looking for a new Kitchen Manager. The Kitchen Manager is in charge of all aspects of the kitchen's operations, ensuring quality food is going out to guests, managing food preparation, managing staff, and adhering to all health and safety standards. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling kitchen staff, managing inventory, maintaining food safety, and monitoring food costs.
Previous Kitchen experience is mandatory.
Must be able to work in fast paced environments while effectively leading a team.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
