PRN Housekeeper

The Housekeeper delivers services with a hospitality focus in accordance with all laws, regulations and Century Park standards. Reports to the Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior healthcare experience preferred

• Cleans assigned areas on schedule using approved products: occupied and vacant units, patios, decks, common areas, offices, lobbies, elevators, lounges, public restrooms, laundry, dining areas.
• Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, scrub, clean windows/glass, sanitize, polish/condition wood.
• Stocks cleaning carts appropriately and notifies supervisor of low supplies.
• Stores equipment, tools and supplies properly.
• Advises on bulb replacement needs.
• Reports repairs, mechanical or equipment needs to supervisor.
• Reports questionable resident behaviors or unacceptable conditions to supervisor.
• Reports resident concerns or complaints to supervisor.

• Enjoy serving seniors.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm; handles difficult residents.
• Independent decision-making when warranted.
• Works efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Maintains professional relationships with associates, vendors, etc.
• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Displays integrity and professionalism, follows Century Park’s Code of Ethics, and completes required compliance training.
