Claim Advocates manage the entire claim process, working closely with clients, carriers, adjusters, and underwriting teams to resolve claims efficiently.

• Assist clients in reporting and monitoring Commercial & Personal line claims, including initial loss notice, adjuster assignment, claim payment tracking, and claim closure.
• Conduct initial reviews of claims for coverage questions and verify denial accuracy, acting as liaison between insured and adjuster.
• Serve as primary contact for adjusters and insured regarding claim‑related issues.
• Escalate complex coverage questions to Risk Manager.
• Secure loss runs from carriers as requested and prepare claims information for presentations as needed.
• Resolve customer claim issues in coordination with Account Executives and Producers to reduce E&O exposure.
• Provide claims packets to customers and prospects.
• Assess and challenge claim reserves using industry and claim‑specific knowledge.
• Cooperate with counsel for suit or trial.

• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills for interaction across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and meet high‑level product deadlines.
• Team‑oriented mindset to achieve shared goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• EPIC experience is a plus.

• High School Diploma;
  Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of claim experience in the industry.

Base compensation range: $23,000 – $28,000.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
