Hydraulic Specialist Assembler

Description : The Hydraulic Specialist Assembler is responsible for advanced assembly, testing, diagnostics, and optimization of hydraulic systems and components used in our industrial equipment. This expert-level role serves as a technical resource for the team—ensuring hydraulic installations are completed to the highest safety, quality, and performance standards while supporting process improvements and mentoring others.

Starting Wage $28-$32/hour depending on experience.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or military hydraulic experience highly preferred.
• 5 years experience working with systems in heavy industrial, construction, or manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrated expertise in hydraulic troubleshooting, contamination control, and component functionality.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic safety standards, fluid dynamics, and circuit logic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and support junior team members.

• Certification in fluid power or hydraulics (e.g., IFPS — Industrial Fluid Power Specialist).
• Experience collaborating with Engineering teams in a production environment.
• Experience routing complex hose and tube systems with attention to longevity and serviceability.
• Familiarity with related systems (pneumatic and basic electromechanical controls).
