We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.

Real Alloy Post Falls is hiring a Production Assistant to join our team!

Rotating day/night shift schedule
- work half the time and relax the other half!

$26.00/hour to start with shift differential available; overtime available

Two weeks paid time off plus two floating holidays available upon hire!

** Benefits effective the 1st of the month after hire; including company matched 401K**

Duties include:

• Focus on Safety
• Production Assistant with various duties; including lifiting, moving, and weighing
• Active role in overall plant and facilities-related work
• Maintain quality production standards
• Operate mobile equipment

Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 with a high schol diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance (additional PTO awarded for one year perfect attendance)
• Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operation
• Previous manufacturing experience desirable
