At Anchored Coffee Company, our bakery is the heart of what we do. Every muffin, scone, bagel, cinnamon roll, cookie, and pastry is made from scratch by a team that cares deeply about quality. We're looking for someone who loves baking, works with urgency, and takes ownership of their work.

This is an early morning, fast-paced position where consistency, organization, and reliability matter. Our customers count on us to have fresh products ready every single day and so does the rest of our team.

Experience in commercial baking is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
