Aerotek is hiring Assemblers immediately in Post Falls, ! This is a full-time opportunity working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment assembling electrical and mechanical components. No previous assembly experience is required, making this a great opportunity for entry-level candidates who enjoy working with their hands.

• Assemble small mechanical and electronic components using hand tools
• Follow schematics, drawings, and part lists to ensure accurate assembly
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Produce a high volume of parts in a fast-paced production environment
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

Comfortable using hand tools

Able to stand for the entire shift

Strong attention to detail and quality

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks

Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

No prior manufacturing or assembly experience required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, .

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
