Welder - Weekend Shift

Atlas Staffing is hiring a full-time Welder for a reputable manufacturing company in Post Falls, Idaho. If you want to be a part of a team building heavy-duty equipment and vehicles from the ground up, you will work 3x12 hour weekend shifts.

Objective:
As a welder you'll help fabricate complex machinery, welding in multiple positions and following products through to completion. Perfect for professionals who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and take pride in quality craftsmanship.

• Fabricate structural assemblies from blueprints and specifications
• Weld in multiple positions using MIG and related techniques
• Inspect weld size, spacing, and quality against production standards
• Clean slag, spatter, tack welds, and bracing
• Prepare and clean parts prior to welding

• 2+ years welding experience (3+ years preferred)
• Skilled in blueprint reading and weld layout interpretation
• Ability to maintain quality in high-output environment
• Comfortable working in varied physical positions and temperatures

• MIG welders, grinders, and hand tools
• Fabrication stations with overhead ventilation
• 55-88°F production environment
• Standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Safety gear required (gloves, welding mask, etc.)

Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Wage: $23.00-$28.00/hr.
