REGISTERED NURSE (RN) (NIGHTS) - INPATIENT
Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a compassionate, patient‑focused RN to join the inpatient department. The night shift differential is $3.50 an hour and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus is available for this position.
Shift & UnitStep down unit with 28 beds. Typical patient‑to‑nurse ratio is 4:1, but it can vary based on department needs.
Responsibilities- Direct and provide professional nursing care in accordance with the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
- Delegate nursing assignments, prepare schedules, oversee admissions and discharges, and monitor and order medicines and supplies.
- Utilize the nursing process to direct or provide nursing care.
Preferred Experience
- Current RN licensure in the State of Idaho.
- Previous nursing experience strongly preferred.
- BSN strongly preferred.
- Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS certification within six months of employment.
- PALS certification within six months of employment.
- Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communication for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
- Aware of professional nursing standards and performs in accordance with them.
