We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This position is based in Post Falls, , with occasional travel to our Spokane, WA location.

Position Overview

As an NP or PA in our practice, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and managing chronic and acute pain conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and support staff to create and implement personalized treatment plans, while maintaining a strong focus on patient education and communication.

This position is ideal for a motivated, compassionate provider who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving lives through quality pain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient consultations and evaluations
  • Diagnose pain conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure care and guidance
  • Perform minimally invasive procedures (training provided)
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests (e.g., blood and urine)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active licensure in Idaho (and Washington, or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or primary care preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in basic EMR use and computer skills
  • Willing to travel between Post Falls and Spokane clinics as needed
