What You’ll Do- Perform specialty pest treatments including bed bugs, roaches, termites
, and other general pests - Operate treatment equipment, trailers, and specialty rigs
- Work in a variety of environments—sometimes hot, cramped, or dirty
- Communicate clearly with teammates and customers
- Maintain safety standards and follow treatment protocols
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Someone dependable, motivated, and not afraid of hard, physical work
- A team-oriented attitude—you win with your crew, not alone
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the field
- Willingness to learn specialty pest techniques
- Must be 18 years or older
- DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one)
- Three years of driving history
- Ability to tow and park a trailer safely
- Comfortable working long hours when needed
- Reliable, professional, and safety minded
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written, and in-person
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend as necessary
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required)
