• Perform specialty pest treatments including bed bugs, roaches, termites
  , and other general pests
• Operate treatment equipment, trailers, and specialty rigs
• Work in a variety of environments—sometimes hot, cramped, or dirty
• Communicate clearly with teammates and customers
• Maintain safety standards and follow treatment protocols
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic

• Someone dependable, motivated, and not afraid of hard, physical work
• A team-oriented attitude—you win with your crew, not alone
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the field
• Willingness to learn specialty pest techniques

• Must be 18 years or older
• DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one)
• Three years of driving history
• Ability to tow and park a trailer safely
• Comfortable working long hours when needed
• Reliable, professional, and safety minded
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written, and in-person
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, bend as necessary
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required)
