Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $035 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Fuel associates are focused on running the fuel station. They assist customers, accept payments, stock the shelves and maintain cleanliness of the fuel station. May require standing for long periods of time.
