Your Role:
What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess project needs
• Prepare accurate bids and present solutions clearly
• Close deals and guide customers through the decision‑making process
• Maintain organized CRM records and manage an active sales pipeline
• Coordinate project scheduling and ensure a smooth handoff to the installation team
• Represent Croc Coatings professionally during all customer interactions

Who We’re Looking For

• You are motivated, confident, and comfortable building trust with customers
• You thrive in a performance‑based environment and communicate value clearly
• You enjoy helping clients enhance their homes and businesses.
• 2+ years of sales experience in construction, home improvement, or related fields
• Ability to prepare bids, present solutions, and close deals
• Experience using CRM systems and managing active pipelines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to coordinate scheduling and hand‑offs to installers
