About the Role:We’re seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician who thrives in residential service work and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. What You'll Do:Perform residential electrical service calls—diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install systems with safety and precision.
Assess electrical systems for hazards, malfunctions, or code issues.
Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical components, panels, fixtures, and wiring.
Clearly communicate findings and solutions to homeowners, providing honest recommendations and service estimates.
Complete accurate documentation and reports for each service call.
Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, coordinate schedules, and support each other on the job.
What We're Looking For:- Licensed Journeyman Electrician in Idaho and Washington — required
- Strong background in residential electrical work
- A self-motivated, go-getter who takes ownership of their work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Drug-free and dependable
