Join the leader in aluminum recycling and specification alloys, where your electrical expertise keeps essential operations running safely and efficiently. At REAL ALLOY, you’ll support 17 facilities across North America as part of a team dedicated to sustainable manufacturing.

• Install and maintain building and production electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
• Run conduit and piping for cable routing; replace conduit, wire, and breakers; verify compliance with applicable electrical codes.
• Diagnose faults and repair equipment to restore optimal performance.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals to install, calibrate, and service electrical apparatus in complex manufacturing environments.
• Complete repairs on motors, wiring, and control panels; support mobile assets including forklifts, pay loaders, and skid steer loaders.

• 3+ years of experience in the electrical trade or industrial maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven troubleshooting and maintenance capability.
• Electrician’s license preferred; PLC familiarity preferred.
• Color vision sufficient for color-coded wiring.
• Thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfort with basic computer functions and office software.
• Willingness to work overtime and take on-call rotations as needed.
• Advanced technical training (trade school or higher) and a commitment to continuous learning.
