Comfort Heating Cooling, Electrical and Plumbing
Location:
Post Falls, Idaho, with travel to job sites throughout Idaho and Washington Pay: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, paid semi-monthly
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Plumbing provides heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing services in the north Idaho and eastern Washington area. We are seeking a skilled, dependable Journeyman Electrician to join our Installation Department. This position focuses on standby generator installations and electrical support for our HVAC installation crews throughout Idaho and Washington.
Responsibilities- Install standby generators and associated electrical equipment.
- Provide electrical hookups and support for HVAC installation crews.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve installation issues.
- Complete all work in accordance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
- Travel from our Post Falls home base to job sites throughout Idaho and Washington.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license applicable to the work performed.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and installation skills.
- Generator or HVAC experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hourly pay: $40–$50, based on experience and qualifications.
- Medical insurance: Employer covers all but $50/month.
- Dental and vision insurance: Available at the employee's expense.
- PTO and sick leave: 80 hours combined, front-loaded annually and available for use after 90 days of employment.
- Paid holidays: Six paid holidays per year.
- Retirement: Participation in the company's SIMPLE IRA plan with an employer match of up to 3%.
