Lube and Tire Technician

Stuteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a motivated Lube & Tire Technician to maintain and service customers' vehicles efficiently while following all safety procedures. Responsibilities include preparing vehicle service reports, changing motor oil, transmission, and brake fluids, repairing and installing tires, and replacing maintenance items. Maintaining vehicle interiors during servicing is also required.

• Applying lubricants to prevent engine wear and ensure performance.
• Replacing filters (cabin, fuel, air, oil).
• Installing and balancing tires/wheels, lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Checking wear patterns and performing tire rotations.
• Testing and adjusting tire pressure.
• Maintaining or installing TPMS systems.
• Inspecting vehicles for oil leaks and recommending additional services.
• Notifying Service Advisor if work cannot be completed on time.
• Driving vehicles within the service area.
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting sales.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in automotive maintenance and tire service preferred.
• Knowledge of tire sizes and applications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
