USA, Inc. is a Maryland-based demolition and environmental contractor serving public and private clients across the Mid‑Atlantic. Our work includes selective and full demolition, environmental abatement, heavy civil support, emergency response, and complex public‑sector projects. We are expanding our preconstruction capabilities and are seeking a senior estimator who wants ownership, influence, and long‑term growth, not just a seat behind a screen.

This is NOT a Takeoff-Only Role.

• Can walk a site and see risk before it appears on paper
• Wants a voice in bid strategy, pricing, and go/no‑go decisions
• Is respected internally as a cost and constructability authority

• Lead estimating for demolition, selective demo, environmental abatement, and heavy civil support scopes
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for federal, state, municipal, and private projects
• Perform site walks, scope reviews, and constructability assessments
• Develop pricing strategies, risk analysis, and value‑engineering options
• Coordinate with operations, project management, and executive leadership
• Participate in bid/no‑bid decisions and proposal strategy
• Support post‑award handoff to operations
• Mentor junior estimator(s) or project staff as the department grows

• 7+ years estimating experience in demolition, environmental remediation, or heavy civil
• Demonstrated experience pricing:
  • Asbestos / lead abatement (or oversight of same)
  • Public‑sector work (federal, state, or municipal)
• Strong understanding of means & methods, sequencing, and risk
• Comfortable leading estimates from start to finish
• Experience with estimating software (platform flexible)

• Experience with federal agencies or transportation authorities
• Preconstruction or estimating leadership experience
• Ability to influence operations and improve cost controls
