Brookdale Potomac is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee the general operating maintenance, environmental services, and repair of our community’s buildings and grounds. In this role, you will lead the facility upkeep and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our seniors in accordance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulatory standards.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
