Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities- Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care and update resident status at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as showers, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming.
- Successful completion of the State CNA/STNA course is required.
- Must maintain certification.
- State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Ohio is required.
