• Assessing and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet those needs

• Monitoring patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and prevention strategies

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
