• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
• Collaborate with our admin and marketing teams to keep transactions on track.
• Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion rates.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to continually sharpen your skills.

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Real Estate License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems Compensation • Commission-based (full-time agents following our system can earn $100,000 - $300,000+) Compensation: $150,000 +
