Server – American Cruise Lines
OverviewAmerican Cruise Lines is hiring Servers for the 2026 cruising season. This temporary position lasts 28 weeks aboard our shipboard hotel and restaurant, serving guests with outstanding hospitality and representing our brand.
Responsibilities- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
- Set up and break down tables for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour, including arranging linen, silverware, china, and glassware.
- Cater efficiently to all culinary requests and answer menu questions.
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care, ensuring presentations are presentable and garnished.
- Perform additional duties such as greeting guests on embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and assisting evening entertainment.
- Pay – $1,000 to $1,400 per week with additional bonuses.
- Covered expenses – travel, room and board, uniforms, and paid training.
- Training – Introduction to the cruise industry and a foundation for a hospitality career.
- Travel – Over 50 itineraries spanning more than 35 states.
- Crew connections – Build lasting relationships with fellow crew members and guests nationwide.
• 18 years or older, U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks.
• Meet moderate physical demands, including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and observe alcohol prohibition.
• Adhere to grooming standards, including limited visible tattoos and piercings.
