Barista – Pura Vida Miami

Base pay: $16.00/hr – $16.00/hr plus tips.

• Welcome all guests into our stores with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Provide our guests with the highest level of customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Take orders from guests and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Answer guests' questions regarding our menu and services.
• Craft a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, matcha lattes, and cold brews.
• Restock stations regularly to keep them clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow all health and food safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
• Support with any additional duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service (e.g., restaurant, hotel).
• Barista experience; latte art skills required.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Fun, outgoing attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• May stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
